Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every Polaris Institute enrolment. By paying for a course you confirm you have read them and that you meet the course prerequisites.
1. Enrolment & payment
Payment reserves your seat in the selected batch. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Prerequisites
Each course lists prerequisites. By enrolling you confirm that you meet them. If you are unsure, contact us before paying — we would rather place you correctly than refund you later.
3. Attendance
Courses are in-person and kept deliberately small. Consistent attendance is expected; we cannot guarantee catch-up sessions for missed classes.
4. Refunds & transfers
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before your batch start date. After that, you may transfer to a later batch subject to availability. No refunds once a batch has started.
5. Monthly payment plans
Choosing a monthly plan is a commitment to pay every installment on its due date for the full length of the plan — installments cannot be skipped or paused. A missed payment starts a grace period (shown at checkout); if it isn’t resolved before the grace period ends, access to the course locks until the plan is brought current. Paying monthly costs more in total than paying in full, reflecting the cost of financing.
6. Code of conduct
We maintain a respectful, focused learning environment. We reserve the right to remove, without refund, any student whose conduct disrupts the cohort.
